I ordered a windpost in October. I was told it would take 3 weeks. It is now 7 weeks later and there is still no sign of the windpost. Building site is now being held up. Phone calls have not been returned. When I phone in I just get passed on to another department. Very poor service.

this is a phenomenal company. They couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable from an engineering point of view.
Needed a lintel for a garage I was building. In fairness they gave me some good advice over the phone and didn't try to push anything on me.
Lintels not made in Wales, imported from Europe, had to wait 3 weeks for a delivery Not good enough.
