Disappointed is an understatement. After reading positive reviews I was excited to go and test drive a Fiat at LCMotors. Upon arrival I informed the sales person that I was looking to buy a car, despite this all conversation was directed at my boyfriend. I was interested in buying after test driving the Fiat 500 when discussing part exchange the sales person said the offer for my car would be 600 - 800, he said to bring the car in anytime the next day. We turned up the following day to be told the sales person wasn't there and no one else could help us, we left contact information and was told we would be called back within an hour. I didn't receive a call and had to call back myself at the end of the day. We were told to come the following day instead. We arrived the next day and the sales person wanted to drive my car after spending a long time inspecting it. When he returned he was very rude about my car and said 'I shouldn't give you more than 400 for that' despite me being very honest about the battery problems, scratches and other issues my car had in discussion prior to him seeing the car. In the end we couldn't reach agreement and I'm pleased not to have purchased a car from the garage. To say the sales person was rude, sexist and condescending would be an understatement.
