Called shop up to confirm about the availability of a scope and warranty on it. Owner confirmed that they were in stock and I placed on order online through the website. I receive notification the next day that my money had been refunded with no explanation, I had to call the shop up asking why my order had been cancelled for this explanation. The scope was of good value for money but Doesn’t help the fact that they can’t stock take and waste time In The process. Won’t return to this company and will take my business else where.

Avoid at all cost - worst customer experience ever. ( As regards to the reply from the owner, what you are describing is a total lie - and i can prove it with all the emails i have saved, and thats include the many emails where you where threating me. MM sporting is to this day, by far the worst experience i have had buying anything on the web. )

A very honest and honourable company! Sent me the wrong item and immediately owned up to their mistake, refunded me immediately and let me keep the item free of charge as the one I wanted to was out of stock. I wish all mail order companies were like this.
