Man arrived to provide a quote for new windows & a conservatory. He was very rude and we asked him to leave within less than 5 minutes of arriving. We had be warned by a neighbour that they do not seem to care about customer service as they have a big trade business and household jobs are an not important to them.

After having a poor experience with another company we tried CWS for a small job. This was the replacement of an ensuite window. CWS were friendly and the fitters were first class. There was no quibble when we noticed that there was a mark in between the panes of class in the triple glazed sealed unit. Another pane was ordered and the unit was replaced with no issues. Highly recommended and we will use them again.
