I went to Watford with just the intent of test driving a brand new Duster as I already had a good offer with another dealership. Robin is one of the nicest car salesman I have come across. He was not pushy at all but in the nicest possible way was able to negotiate with us and pretty much matched the deal I had already secured. I wasn't expecting the car for a few weeks due to COVID-19 related delays but Robin had the car ready for me within the week! My experience of car dealerships near London has previously not been great, but I was I was amazed at how friendly Robin and his team at Watford are and their willingness to put the customer first. Highly recommend Dacia Watford!
