Fantastic morning on the Dad's Army Museum Walking Tour in Thetford, Norfolk. Great opportunity to see some of the filming locations and to learn so much more from two very friendly and knowledgeable tour guides, followed by tea in the Marigold Tea Rooms and a chance to visit the excellent museum. I would recommend this to all Dad's Army fans.

A very good array of memorabilia puts a smile on your face seeing some of your childhood favourite actors and TV programmes in the flesh very good set up.

Fascinating for any fan of the show, really interesting. Good variety of artefacts to look at and have photographs taken with. Good selection of souvenirs to buy. Just wish is was bigger as I really enjoyed it!

Wheelchair friendly, very friendly staff, didn't take long to look round but well worth a visit, run by volunteers so nice to buy something from the gift shop. Recommend

A fabulous museum, dedicated to one of the best shows Britain has produced. Run by volunteers who clearly love the show, it's a must for any fan. Make sure you look at the murals outside & do the trail around Thetford's streets to see filming locations as well if you have time.

We had a great visit. The staff are friendly. The shop is reasonably priced. We did the walking tour afterwards. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing museum. Small but detailed. The staff were absolutely amazing. The tea rooms set up outside seating as we had dogs. And they were extremely helpful and well mannered. Definitely recommend it.

What a wonderful place. Enthusiastic and very helpful volunteers. Memorabilia and stories, souvenirs and lots of pictures. Cafe currently closed for Covid. The biggest surprise was that it is free entry.
