These sessions are perfect for “me” time and a time to really connect with your baby. Back in 2017, I attended from about 20 weeks onwards but wished I’d started earlier. They helped me relax and prepare for birth, they helped me understand the science behind it all (the different types of hormones and why they’re important, etc.) and they gave me a chance to just chill out and sometimes have a cheeky little nap during the wind-down time!
