Amazing sessions and look forward to coming to A-fit every time. I come out feeling like I have achieved something. With help from all the coaches who know there stuff and genuinely care about your goals. Only regret was not joining sooner!

A-fit Athletic is by far the best gym I have stepped foot in. The atmosphere makes the place it is so welcoming and that is due to how accommodating, down to earth and professional all the coaches are. I would highly recommend anyone of any fitness level or background to join. You will not regret it. I thought for years I didn't need a personal trainer as I felt quite skilled overall having been involved in sport my whole life. Little did I know because since joining A-fit I have learnt so much and have now started to trust my body again and not thinking it will break down as it has in the past and that is all down to the knowledge and support from each coach at A-fit. I think everyone at some point in life should get a PT. At A-fit you are lucky to be able to call upon various coaches at any given time and there is not one area of heath and fitness that one of the coaching team will not be able to help and support you through.
A fit athletic is without a doubt the best gym I have ever been been too. Ali, Alex and the team go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable at the classes and ensure you are performing all exercises correctly without injury. They are very professional and patient. They are very motivating and have helped me achieve all my goals for 2020. Can’t wait to see what 2021 brings!
A fit is a fantastic gym! Best one I have been to! Very professional and so friendly! The team are great and make you feel so welcome. Always enjoy my time in the gym and feel very comfortable around everyone.
Incredible training facility with top of the range equipment and the most knowledgable and helpful coaches you will find in Scotland. Zero waiting on machines with the professionally coached sessions so I get more out of every session than in any commercial gym. Great friendly and fun atmosphere made by the coaches and members!
Best gym I’ve been to! So much encouragement and motivation from all coaches! Never felt so confident going to a gym than I have A-fit! Everyone is so friendly and makes going to the gym enjoyable! Grateful for A-fit!
Fantastic facility, with state of the art equipment. Coaches have the best knowledge about all aspects training, nutrition, health and wellbeing. They are very friendly, welcoming and professional. What i personally like is that everyone is treated as an individual in terms of what step of the journey they are at and there is never a silly question to be asked. If you are on the edge, id say go for it :)
The first time I signed up for a class I was so nervous to come I nearly didn’t (but I received an email encouraging me to come) and then when I came in and Chelsea was there waiting and took me to where I needed to be and really made sure I understand and didn’t leave me until I did.. THEN my 2nd time tonight I was even more nervous but she honestly made everything so easy and constantly made sure I was ok throughout the class!! I was so scared to be the ‘fat unfit one’ but honestly no one cares and are too busy working on themselves, and for the first time I didn’t even feel embarrassed when I had to stop and take a minute ( or five) I’m so glad I hit the bullet and joined I actually look forward to coming now & would recommend it to anyone
