Driver ignores rules of the road and has anger management / road rage issues

Your employee parked in a private car park off India Street in Stockbridge, vehicle registration TN07 HZK. He was blocking cars in so somebody called and asked him to move. We all arrived quickly to let the person out. 15 minutes later an employee came to the van, stood next to it, had a smoke for 5 mins then chucked his cigarette on the ground and walked away. At this point we left as we had to get back to our offices, and the person needing out was still blocked in. Half an hour after the original phone call the driver arrived and moved the car. My colleague also called your office and spoke to a very rude man on the phone who couldn’t seem to care less his colleagues were causing a problem. I’d like to highlight this is not the first time they have taken over 15 minutes to move the van. This is simply not fair and it is ridiculous, especially given that everybody else who parks in the car park (20 odd cars) makes sure they get there to move their car within 5 minutes. It’s common courtesy as nobody wants their car to be blocked in. All in all, your employees have been rude and arrogant and it would be appreciated if you could communicate with them that this isn’t acceptable. The only reason I have taken this online is because whoever my colleague spoke to on the phone earlier was extremely inchorent, unhelpful and, as mentioned, rude. Thanks.
