They were able to get me a great bike on very short notice and went above and beyond to get everything ready. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and they even allow returns on Sunday, which is what made my trip possible. The bike was low mileage, well specced, clean, and worked perfectly. I can't think of anything to complain about.

Rented a BMW R1200RT twice from these folks: 2013 to tour Scotland and 2014 to tour Ireland. They were excellent and their owner Joe was especially helpful with routes and even picked us up once in Edinburgh since he happened to be in the city. They even added an electrical adapter to allow my wife's heated gear to plug in.
