Fantastic service from this facility. Every aspect from initial booking in until surgical procedure was first class. Staff were amazing. Could not ask for more as everything is catered for and first class service from all. Thank you for everything you have did for me to make me feel more human again. Special thanks to Fiona who looked after me before and after procedure.

Every staff member on every level works their best to make sure the parents feel understood and confident while the children feel secure. All of these things make CHOP, hands down, worth whatever length you have to go to in order to travel here. Your child's well-being and your peace of mind are guaranteed to both be fulfilled...and you can't put a dollar amount on that luxury.

I had mild short sightedness (-0.75 in both eyes) so I had corrective LASEK eye surgery at Spire in 2019. My surgery went horribly wrong and I now suffer from an agonising eye condition Recurrent Corneal Erosion that dominates my life. I am registered as disabled. I feel misled by the information provided prior to the surgery. Having the surgery at the Spire was the biggest mistake of my life.

It's like a hotel from outside ,,,what a building it is ,,its huge & very modern I liked it they have everything you would on loan in the building ,,its absolutely wonderful
