I have been blessed to have a few online kinesiology sessions with Shelagh during the lockdown period, which have really helped me work through a few challenges in a difficult personal situation. She is very calming and professional and I felt safe in her hands. Although working online, I felt the shifts just the same as I would face-to-face and releasing emotions and easing tension have enabled me to find ways to move forward positively. Thanks Shelagh!

I decided to go to Shelagh for help after having made many, many attempts with various doctors and therapists to clear a dry patch - eczema- from just under my right eye. It wasn't just that it looked bad but I actually felt that my eye was not fully comfortable in its socket. You really don't want to feel your eye like that - it's constantly disconcerting, annoying and quite concerning. After just one session with Shelagh, all this suffering cleared. And I again could put nice make-up on and feel that my eye is comfortable and in a good place again. So it's not just that I look better or that my eye feels better, it allows me to go about my daily life in a much happier and more relaxed frame of mind. I can't recommend Shelagh highly enough. I was skeptical of shelaghs treatment at first. She worked wonders for my teenage daughter! Her anxiety was through the roof, she would have panic attacks and feel sick when she was in crowds! Since going to Shelagh she has opened up a lot more and she’s actually happy, she only goes to Shelagh occasionally now. It’s well worth the money considering the alternative, if she had gone to the doctor he’d have put her on medication, I wanted to avoid that. 5 stars
