Contacted the clinic when my girl came in season to let her know we would be travelling 2 hours to meet the stud at her clinic for the AI, communication was excellent until the day they were ready to be mated. Opened back up out of hours, very professional, knowledgeable & friendliness

Heather was amazing. After one failed mating without any fertility testing, my cocker had progesterone testing which showed she was late ovulating. We would have missed her again without Heather's help. My girl is now expecting a beautifully sized litter and this was confirmed by ultrasound. Heather helped reassure both myself and my dog through the entire process, nothing was too much trouble to ask. So excited to meet our little pups. Thank you.
