Hired a hot tub for 4 days over a Birthday and it was fantastic! Heated up really well despite very cold weather and my teenagers loved the bubbles. Communication excellent and we had prompt and responsive service when we had a minor issue one evening. Would recommend!

On behalf of The Kings Ferry, I would like to send a massive thank you to Daniel Lay Event Services for the efficient service and high quality products. We hired a red carpet along with rope and stanchions for our exhibit at The National Wedding Show. We only contacted them with regards to the hire 2 days prior to the event set up, so we needed a quick turn around. Daniel was extremely efficient with getting back to us and setting up the hire order and delivery The props we received were immaculate quality and we will recommend the companies services to everyone.
Excellent service and product from Dan and his team. He arrived at the time we agreed to set up the hot tub and gazebo. The whole set up took around 1.5 hours and the tub was ready to go about 24 hours later. Dan gave full instructions about checking the PH levels and supplied everything you need to keep the water clear and safe. We hired over Christmas and used the tub everyday. It kept a high warm temp - perfect for those cold, wintry days and evenings. Couldn't recommend this service enough. 5 stars from me and will definitely be using the service again.
The service was great from the start. Good communication and excellent products. The Cube seats, hexagon table and ice buckets really created a club experience for my wife’s 30th lockdown birthday! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and can’t wait to use again for future events!
