I called Barrhead Darlington and they answered the call promptly, I was greeted by Charlotte. We discussed the type of holiday I was looking for in detail. Charlotte was able to find me the perfect holiday with Jet2holidays, it ticked all the boxes and was exactly what I was looking for. I felt the level of customer service was excellent and very friendly throughout. There was a good range of holiday choices and I was also offered upgrades and car parking. Everything was recapped and I was sent over the paperwork quickly. Charlotte told me about the country requirements and advised that the paperwork could be printed or I could use the Jet2holidays app. I would recommend Barrhead travel for anyone looking for their next holiday.

A huge thank you to Karen at the Darlington branch for her help rearranging our holiday following the news from Emirates they had cancelled our flights. We originally booked our holiday in the Newcastle branch but it has not as yet reopened. Karen was willing to deal with my booking and accomodated my request for a weekend appointment in store. Karen was patient, helpful and professional and was happy to assist with our new booking. She is a credit to Barrhead Travel and i would highly recommend them, especially during these challenging times.
