Pre orderd rump end beef for Christmas when we went to collect it the butcher himself who took the order had forgot and sold us a another joint witch we accepted and cooked and was not up to there normal standard when we told him he didn't seem to be botherd just said sorry and just carried on doing what he was doing we use this butcher a lot but will not be returning.
