Absolutely appalling attitude and treatment, particularly from the reception staff. Stood waiting outside for more than 10 minutes before being ask loudly who we were and what treatment were we having from the front door. Now, given that for most it is somewhat of a sensitive manner, to have to announce in front of a queue of people (fellow patients and that of another service) what type of fertility treatment we were having was insensitive, rude and out of order. All of which was voiced accordingly once in the building. We expected better from that of a private clinic and will not be returning.

I couldnt recommend this clinic enough. The Doctor, Nurses and the reception team are so friendly and very professional, they make you feel at ease straight away. They explain everything to you in detail and will answer any question you may have no matter how silly you think it may be. Trust me you will have a lot of questions! After my second round of ivf im now 20 weeks pregnant and expecting a little boy in April. Its an emotional journey thats for sure but its so worth it when you get that positive test result on that pregnancy test. I 100% recommend this clinic to anyone.

My wife and I had an initial meeting and unfortunately we did not enjoy the experience at all so will not be using this clinic. My wife is extremely athletic and and as far as all journals and academic papers go, running is fine in pregnancy but she was advised by the doctor that ‘shopping’ would be a much more appropriate activity for her to do. She’s a woman, of course she loves shopping! (She hates it). My wife is really worried about not being able to remain fit (in a safe way) throughout her pregnancy and was repeatedly told that it’s not important, and she needs to forget about it. It was extremely dismissive for someone who exercises every day and runs marathons, exercise is an important part of her life. Then when asking about donors, we were told to ‘pick any as it doesn’t really matter’. Picking a donor is an extremely personal choice that we are finding difficult and not just any old sperm will do. After being so excited about meeting the people that were going to help us start a family, we were extremely disheartened when we came out of this appointment. I hope other people have a better experience.

We went for our initial appointment on 6th June 2019 and found out we are pregnant on 4th of September 2019. We never thought that this would happen and we now have our little miracle baby girl growing inside of me. The staff are amazing and make you feel so special and at ease. There was not 1 person who didn't make you feel like everything would be OK. Thank you all soooooo much......

I had a great experience at this clinic, they made me feel ease and good advice on all my options. I went for an initial consultation at the beginning of Aug 2018 and after a round of IVF I am now currently 21 weeks pregnant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially the nurses who were caring and provided excellent care.
