Love this store. Staff always so helpful and nice. Had a good experience of ordering food with Sarah D.Easy to get to but sometimes more parking would be good .Can always use neighbouring parking if necessary though
Have been to West Park Darlington and would like to thank Dave on self service checkout for coming out of the shop to catch me as I had left my 5,00 change many thanks to him could you pass on my thanks to him
Loved the shelves being full and wider aisles. I'm now in a wheelchair needing to be pushed and we were able to get around OK. I haven't been out for what seems like forever due to health issues, & was so looking forward to visiting the store and buying food I used to love. I couldn't believe the horrific bright orange packaging on the 'Count On Us Range' with navy blue writing that totally clashed. You couldn't even make out the picture of the meal on this packaging so why don't M&S leave what works well alone. I bought some old favourites like the vegetabke bake and mixed veg in an oval plastic pot and added a small shepherd's pie to it. Beautiful and bought the beef and vegetable lasagne but NONE of the count on us range because we couldn't even make our what they were. Apart from that it's better than Bishop Auckland as shelves were full and I'll travel there from Bishop to shop and checkout lady was very pleasant so it was all good except what I've already said about packaging.
