After shopping in there this morning I was appalled at how I was spoken to by a member of staff named Paula. She not only interrupted a personal conversation but told me to \get out\ in a spiteful manner. The personal conversation was not offensive at all, and it was very VERY unprofessional to speak to a customer the way she did in a packed store.
