I contacted Darren Wood to diagnose, and fix some problems on my 335i. The team really know their stuff, and were very friendly / welcoming throughout. One of the mechanics gave me a call before the work was done, and gave me a very insightful rundown of what needs changing, why, and the costs involved. Very impressed, and I'll certainly be returning for any futute repairs and servicing.

Darren and Gary have been fantastic in helping me complete my project to improve my 1996 BMW E39 523i SE. On the first visit in July, Darren very quickly diagnosed a problem that my usual garage had failed to solve before completing work on the front brakes and suspension and additional pre-MOT checks that got the car through its MOT successfully. The car was then booked in in October to have some modifications made to improve it's power and performance, and also to upgrade the brakes and have MOT advisories dealt with. Gary worked his way through the list of jobs and did some fantastic work, in particular on the M50 intake manifold swap. All of the work done on the car was done to an excellent standard and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended, in particular if you're a BMW enthusiast!

Great service. Good advice and quick attention. Arranged to have steering rack looked at, fault detected and offered to fix whilst I waited. I had been using a more local independent BMW specialist but was always disappointed with their costs and work. Can't fault Darren Wood BMW going by my first dealings. Edited to add: Second visit to this garage. This time with a vibration issue that other specialists have failed to identify. Painstaking investigation appears to have identified the fault. Service this morning was second to none, I simply can't recommend Darren and his team highly enough.

After having poor experiences with so called specialists based in Wigan and Bolton I ended up taking advice from fellow car enthusiasts and forums and making a 70 mile round trip to get an Insp II done on my Z4M. I was so well looked after. Car was dropped off on Thursday morning for an overnighter, phone call on Friday morning to say she was done. A couple of trivial faults fixed at no extra cost. Engine bay cleaned up, washed and cleaned inside. Superb service and thanks to Mike for giving the car such a thorough check. Definitely coming back when required.
