I've personally had some really bad experience with their service, 1)Was stuck in the lift for an hour 2)The lift stopped working and then wasn't repaired for over two weeks. 3)Returned from a holiday to find the lifts still not working and had to carry my luggage up and down 7 floors. 4) Constantly gives problems, they need to improve service considering it being an 8 story building and with senior citizens too.

Their back-office never return calls or respond to emails. We've have numerous issues (both with the physical lift and with our account with AL) for almost a year now, but no-one at AL seems to want to take ownership to resolve. The only comms we get is the quarterly bill (which is wrong)

What an utter shambles. We called them out for one or our two lifts. They borrowed a part from one lift to restore the other. It blew and now we've had both lifts out of operation for 3 weeks. When they do come they run around like headless chickens, no one appears to be in charge. We have old people who've been trapped in their apartments all this time but Shamblegated don't seem to care. STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Maintenance used to be fine. Response time to lift malfunction now measured in days. Engineer attended but needed a second person and was to return later that day or definitely the next day. Funnily enough still waiting for that return visit. No lift and I currently cannot use the stairs so another weekend without leaving the flat and cannot get to work tomorrow.
