Won't drink hot chocolate anywhere else - just doesn't compare. Staff have always been friendly. Love the complimentary truffles you get with your hot choc - my son visited today and even got some to take away. Lovely products to bring home or give as gifts. Looking forward to being able to sit in again once the restrictions are over.

Great Waffles at the bluewater mall. One rude staff ruined it for us hence the 3 stars instead of 5. Not a great customer experience this time and I won’t be going back.
Always very clean in here & the staff are friendly & helpful. There is a one way system in operation & as the shop was not busy it gave less time to look at all the wonderful chocolates & pastries etc on the way to the til. My jeans think that may actually be a good thing!
To me personally the highlight was the service, welcoming, inviting, friendly and professional. Generous variaty of chocolates to eat in or take away. Parking is available (and abundant!!!) in the shopping centre's car park. Smoke free and step free throughout. Facilities were clean. COVID19 safety protocolos in place (sanitasing station, one way system).
I always stop here for coffee after or before shoppingvat Blue Water. The truffles are yummy. Always get 2 pcsof it everytime we buy coffee. Staff are friendly, always clean the table as soon as the customer leave. The high tea package just 12.50 and its delicious. Convenient location, just next to John Lewis entrance. Recommend this cafe for tea/ coffee break.
This is such a gem of a cafe. Wonderful products to buy for gifts. The staff are friendly helpful and most of all cheery. I can recommend the gluten free lemon cake and the coffee is good. Only downside is due to Covid restrictions it's even harder to get a table!
Lovely, delicious, I just wish they used compostable cups and no plastic - not hard.
We had the most delicious Flat White and Hot Chocolate. Service was very good and the staff were very polite. We visited them twice in the space of a couple of hours!
