The place has a lot to offer. They sell toys, prams, cots, video games and bikes. The store is huge and has two floors. The staff are helpful and give a good advice. The prices are sometimes a pound or two expensive than competitors. Very few items on sale.

I purchased a scooter from Smyths Toys in Crayford today, a very pleasant experience i found just what I was looking for. A very well managed shop very clean with excellent displays. Professional pleasant and polite staff. Highly recommend.
Today we were assisted by a very helpful chap! I didn't catch his name unfortunately, but he was tall and wore glasses. He went out of his way to help us in any way that he could, and we came out of the store very happy indeed! Thanks for your help mystery tall man!
Tried to return baby walker on same day as it was not comfortable as I was thinking however store staff refused to take it back.
Last Sunday had the most helpful lady assist me on customer services although over a month had passed for a Christmas gift receipt and faulty item. Also remember this same lady had helped me find the items when I was out searching for them in November originally too. Great ease of mind! Polite & helpful security too
