Excellent 4 star graded room only right in the centre and on sea level so no steps or hills to climb! And they have free parking. Very friendly and helpful couple, Alan & Val. Nice clean fresh rooms and very well equipped. Not to be missed, a real gem and great value too.

At 7:30 am (on a Sunday) we were sent an email confirming our booking and asked to pay a deposit via paypal. At 12:30 (a mere five hours later) I paid the deposit. You can imagine my surprise when on the Monday morning the owner having promised us dates and received a deposit told us that we had been 'pipped to the post' by another person. How? You arranged a booking with us.....not the other way round. Appallingly rude behaviour - which reflects poorly, both professionally and personally, on the Crow's Nest.
