I called this company late last week they were very keen to book us in for an aerial installation for the following Tuesday. Without telling us they cancel us without letting us know, so taking time off work to ensure they have access to the property was a waste. I had to call them to ask what's happened. They said they thought we were a scam. They explained they had a poor experience with someone else on my street that lead to numerous requests - Which happened before our original request so they could have just not booked us in!! I have explained that we just moved in and if they saw the 'sold' sign they could figure it out that we were genuine. Extremely poor customer service, mannerisms and down right rude. If you have other options, choose someone else.
Telephone Clive at Darwen Aerials And Satellites asking for advice regarding freeview options. Clive offered sound advice and did not try to sell me any service. In fact he explained how I could do the installation myself. I took his advice but arranged for the company to install and demonstrate. Absolutely brilliant service.
called these guys after loosing tv reception due to wind, arrived within half an hour and sorted it out.excellent service highly recommend :)
