Pre-booked a trip the day before to go to a medical appointment. Told the dispatch exactly where we were going with postcode, and she confirmed the exact location. Driver was 10 minutes late. Received a text when he arrived which confirmed an exact amount the trip would cost. Driver had no idea where to go and we had to direct him the entire time. When we arrived he demanded more money than arranged. I offered to show him the text that confirmed the price and he got shirty, and claimed we lied about where we were going, even though we directed him to the exact location that was arranged with dispatch the day before. He made us uncomfortable enough that we ended up paying more than agreed. Would definitely not to use this company again. Genuinely very unprofessional :(

I thought all drivers charged same price to infirmary
Took a taxi this evening, it was about a 5 min drive to where was going. The driver arrived and I got into this taxi with my puppy. The driver was very rude, he’s attitude was disgusting and he said no I cannot take the dog and then basically kicked us out. We never had an issue before we’ve been in about 4 cabs with the same puppy. Then we called back and they arranged a pet friendly driver. When the driver picked us up she was very polite and lovely overall amazing. I just felt like they should’ve asked whether or not if we are travelling with a pet. I didn’t even know that we had to state that we were travelling with a pet. It’s also a pound extra if we do have a pet. Overall I think they should hire more people that are pet friendly cause overall they are really nice.
Rapid by name only. Had driver take long detour for no reason. Took ages to dispatch a taxi (15 minutes) so not going to use again.
