Jamie from DAV diagnosed the need for a replacement satellite dish, recommending it to be slightly re-positioned. Everything now fine. He arrived on time, was pleasant and observed social distancing and wore a mask. Certainly appeared experienced and competent. Assuming all remains working, I can recommend DAV and would have given 5 stars, but there was a misunderstanding regarding the cost of the callout/work and whether vat was included. I had to raise issue with this which was a little annoying, but it was sorted out with no argument.
Jamie is a very knowledgeable and extremely competent at his profession,all work in fitting and setting up our new 4K TV was completed perfectly and to a high standard. I would happily recommend DAV to anyone and will use the company again. I also have my business security cameras and recording system from DAV which was also a splendid job.
