Booked and paid online with debit card. On the day of pickup it turned out I can't get the car without a credit card because I'm foriegn citizen. Something to do with identity checks. I guess passport, ID card, drivers license, contract of employment in UK, all that was not good enough. Can't get the car. And no warning on the web site when I was paying for it. They took the money from my debit card, though. 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for a refund. Customers support says that it should have been refunded already and just kept apologizing. Anywhere else in the world I would have assumed that I was a victim of a fraud. Update: After numerous calls and several emails I got my money back. Enterprise never tried to contact me back. I forgot to mention that I originally chose Enterprise because I used to rent with them in USA and in my country as well. I guess it's not the same in UK. Recently I rented a car with a local rental company and we all had a good laugh. All's well that ends well.

Absolutely fine until something goes wrong. Was left stranded in Cambridge with no help after an accident. I am 68 and was lucky I had a bus pass to get me the 100 miles home. No refund for the day that the hire was not used. Not happy.

Wonderful service. Very efficient and friendly. Due to a scheduling conflict at their end it was not possible for them to pick me up but they recommended a taxi that they reimbursed me for.

Excellent service so far. Pick service was great and the driver was very helpful holing my 1 yr old while i installed the car seat in the pick up and then in the actual hire care. Every step was easy and stressfree
