This store has significantly improved in recent years with changes in staffing as well as store layout. The availability of goods on offer has now widened to include a range of dietary needs and cuisines, including Polish goods, and stock levels are very good (pandemic panic-buying aside). On the whole, staff customer service is excellent.

Every little helps ..... Car parks is huge
Place is a joke staff are rude and clearly don't have a clue what they are doing I've seen more intelligent goldfish than some people who work there the customer service desk is ridiculous never enough staff.. The self checkouts half of them are broken most the time and the staff just run around like a headless chicken not knowing what they're doing and the hygiene in there is terrible I've seen cleaner farmyards.... Absolute joke
Good covid measures well stocked
Not the biggest Tesco store, which is a good thing. The fresh fruit and veg here are excellent quality and value, better than Aldi and Waitrose. The staff are also excellent, I find them very helpful, polite and real people, not a product of some training manual. The car park is always a challenge, with a lot of blind spots due to a crazy layout. Anyway, all in all a good effort Tesco.
