Joined since gyms opened again after lockdown measures were lifted. This place is immaculate! It’s one thing to drag yourself to the gym and another to feel comfortable, looked after and safe when doing so. They have made a few machines unusable so that there is space to be able to exercise safely, but still plenty of machines available and haven’t had any issues using any yet. The pool and spa are perfect. You can hit the lanes and have a post work out rest in the spa. Would have given 5 stars but a few things are broken and taken a while to get them fixed. Other than that 5 stars.

Went here today for the first time & was pretty impressed. I’m a member of the so called “flagship” club up the road & I thought that the standards here were far better than what we are used to. The gym equipment was more up to date & was clean. There were staff keeping the gym tidy & putting equipment back. There was even a full set of dumbbells. I will definitely be coming back.

Do not join this club. I tried to leave due to a drop in income after 2 years there, and provided evidence. They told me I must pay an increased rate and a full 3 months and sent it very quickly onto a debt collectors. A very nasty policy that other are suffering from too, speak out!

Worst experience ever. DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB. They will get you to sign a 12 month agreement and they will chase you for payment and threaten you by escalation to an dept agency. I had a financial issue and and I was no able to pay but no one cared and kept sending me payment reminders. No one will explain the terms to you. All what they care about is how to collect money and how to get new members. The classes are always busy. I never found a place in the Yoga. Overcrowded and not always hygienic.

Sent an email few days ago to cancel my membership cancellation and yet today I've checked my app and classes are not showing. Called the club and been told to be patient with them.. got a class booked for today and I'm assuming that's cancelled and won't be able to attend. No much help from the reception, just very unprofessional attitude. Love classes and the instructors at DL Kingston but the communication and service is below awful. David Lloyd Kingston please sort it out..
