Good safeguards in place but not very busy but inside and outside pools open. Early days

I’m a member here, have been for years now, the staff are nice and friendly. The kitchen has improved over the years, the club really does try to improve the menus and try new things. It’s clean and it is a good crowd that goes here, family friendly. My only problem is you really do have to book up in advanced for the classes as they do get very booked up quick, so sometimes I decide to go at the last minute and there are no spaces but other than that I like going here, even if it’s just to have some time to myself and grab a coffee.

Indoor swimming pool freezing cold. Too cold to use. Jacuzzi not working. Spin drier in men's changing room broken again. Other than that ok and nice to get back to gym.

3 minutes to sign up, 3 months to leave. Hit or miss if you can attend pool (life guard or pool temperature) and food has gone downhill. if you call them and select 'member' nobody answers, select 'thinking of joining' and someone picks up in a flash. Take, Take, take. Not much give, give, give. the staff are generally friendly and helpful but that's about all i can say about DL Sidcup

Nice gym with a great range of classes and really good equipment, plus two pools. Really friendly staff.

Great DL. Always clean, staff are great and always space in the pool and enough gym equipment for a care free session at the times I go. Dropped a star for WiFi speed as I do work from the cafe from time to time, abysmal connection and coverage and unfortunately not great 4G signal either.

A well run gym... Feels safe with lots of anti virus equipment and helpful staff. Muscles are starting to re-appear!
