Good equipment, staff are super friendly and professional. I wish they would fix the parking gates given the cost of membership but I am sure the team will get around to it. Not the cheapest in Weybridge but good quality and not too busy.

Its a nice enough gym but gets very crowded at times. We then tried to cancel after being a member for 2.5 years only to find we'd automatically been enrolled into a 3 monthly rolling contract, which they didn't explain when we signed up. And although we called 4 times to cancel, the person who deals was it was mysteriously never there, so we had to physically visit the place and go to reception and demand to see them. So you're either in for a year and then at least 3 months after. We won't be using David Lloyd again.

The 'chesterfield sofa' of Surrey Fitness, old, stale and stuck in the 70's. Nothing inspiring about this place, the same faces doing the same things in same order. To enjoy this place, perm the bouffon, strap on the pearls and lace up the leg warmers.......:)

Profits over customer experience. I received appalling treatment by the general manager after 23 years membership following a small complaint. Their attitude defies logic, reason and humanity. All attempts to resolve fell on dead ears, cold hearts and stony ground.

FRAUD ALERT: Be aware, your bank details are not save with David Lloyd Clubs. I used to be a member of David Lloyd Brooklands in Weybridge. After I cancelled my membership David Lloyd then committed the identity fraud by using my bank details to set up a new DD and successfully collect money from my personal bank account. When confronted, manager of the club Angie Talbot was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone, denying any responsibility for the committed fraud.
