Great chalet, lovely quiet few days away

Lovely quiet park no over crowded. Close to the beach.

We booked a caravan at this site for my daughter , partner,& 3 year old , when they arrived the caravan appeared to be ok , but as the day went on they noticed a large amount of spiders and cobwebs , you expect one or two BUT this was on a large scale , the decking was very slippery and our granddaughter slipped on it several times , one of the posts on the edge of the decking was very loose . Not very safe at all . Outside the decking on common ground there was a drop of about 8-9 feet which wasn’t fenced off , we thought this would have come under health & safety matters , we don’t recommend this site for children due to the safety aspect. We did contact the owners of this caravan and arranged a meet up , however , we were met by 2 people supposedly acting on owners behalf , we haven’t heard a word since , even though they could see it the problem from our view . We were told by the owners that the cleaner came in to clean the caravan regularly , well we feel it needs a good overhaul inside and outside , as we feel no care have been taken with it ..we booked this through BOOKING.COM .
We are stopping in a van owed by The LORD MYTE
