well credit where credit is due. i have received my order today and very delicious it was indeed. i all ways try to go to gays maybe three times a year if im lucky enough to. Clotted Cream Afternoon Tea to be delivered to me in the midlands. the in laws loved it i did treat them to a ice cream before lockdown. but haven't been since if you fancy something pie wise jams pickles then this is the place there is a few seats outside by the river but normally taken i was introduced with the ice cream with clotted cream on the side from that day i was hocked 100% recommended sorry bout no photo it didn't last that long.
Excellent shop, sells the best ice cream for miles around. The young female shop assistant couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. My husband had a chicken curry slice which he said was delicious.
Always go into Gay's Creamery absolutely fantastic little shop which fits into the locality. Lovely pastries, ice cream's etc which you would expect in Devon. Can pick up lovely holiday gifts too. Well worth a visit if you're in Dawlish.
We visit Devon every year and always come into Dawlish for this great place... There's not much I can say about this shop as it clearly speaks for itself... Beautiful home cooked pastries from a sausage roll to more exotic things... Excellent place to visit while in the area I would come here time after time. Thanks for the great food guys and gals. Keep up the good homemade pastries!
