Days has wheelchair accessibility and has a wide variety of choices for an all you can eat buffet. There is a big choice on vegetarian but not so much on vegan options. It varies day to day what there can be and there is more choice in the evening then there is at lunch time but for 14 after 5pm it is really worth it. Sometimes they don't label the food correctly and you need to be careful with that , especially if you have allergies. The food is really good though

Have been twice now and enjoyed both times. The food selection is good with mostly Chinese dishes but there is also a sushi station and I believe pizza etc. Would go back again next time I am in Brighton.

Really good buffet. The price is good and the range of food is huge they even have sushi. Really lovely food. The bar inside you pay for your drinks individually which can cost you. The range of food is really impressive their is something for everybody. It's often busy but seating is really good and it's spacious. The food is restocked so is fresh and always full. The staff are friendly but are often only seen cleaning up plates as I guess they run out of them a lot.

I like going here the foood is fantastic but the dirty seats really put me off. Its hard to enjoy stir fried prawns looking at a chair that looks like its been picked up from a dumpster

Always fantastic experience, the variety of the dishes is so huge that you've got to go more than once to try all of it. Food really tasty. Staff polite and friendly. Prices a bit high comparing to other buffets nearby, but in the end it's 'all you can eat' so definitely worth it.

The starters and mains were all good. Food is piping hot and very tasty. Staff seemed friendly and seating was quick. Only bad point was due to the design of the bowls, the cold deserts were mostly warm. Everything else was great. A little over priced for lunchtime but having said that we would still come again.

Where do I start awful!!! Both me and my friend who gave pushchairs wasn’t able to get through properly as they locked the disabled door with the ramp as we was unaware there was another step to get into the restaurant and caught my buggy which is now damaged so after we ate I Put my son back in the buggy and notice the footplate was damaged I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he wasn’t in so they lady got someone else which I can only assume was the next person in charge for her to tell me that the pushchair isn’t her problem and she refused to do anything the best she could offer me was 10 refund in cash for my meal but not for my son meal so I was furious and I now have food poisoning from eating the chicken from there just be aware when you go in to this restaurant I never usually have a problem but this is the worst experience I have had from here so not only I got food poisoning I now have a damaged buggy will never be coming here again !!!

I went to Days a few times in the early days when they seemed to try harder - nice food freshly cooked in front of you. Sadly not any more. I went a couple of months back with 3 friends. How it's changed! A great deal of the food is fried/oily and sits under buffet lights getting coagulated. Not for me I'm afraid - that's my last visit. All I can say is that the people who run it are pleasant and the place is clean
