I went here for the first time today 11th March 2015, for a takeaway after a Google search for a local Nigerian restaurant. When I got there, I didn't like the fact that there were no visible menus or price list, I asked what was available and they said they had stew. I ordered the stew but was so hungry I forgot to ask for the price. The woman in the restaurant went to get my food from the kitchen, when she returned she said "16 please", I said "For what, ONE portion of stew and pounded yam", she replied"yes". Needless to say I was shocked! Absolutely diabolical prices! The stew wasn't even great, I ordered egusi with beef, it was 50% grizzle/fat!!! I'm used to paying no more than 8/9 for stew and where I usually go is MUCH better than here. In future when I next crave for this stew, I will 100% travel to East London, where I can buy 2 portions of stew and yam for this price! I'm a loyal customer and like to support local businesses but NOT ones who like to take liberties with prices & portions! Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this restaurant.
