My DDS system came in good time and working order. Within a couple of hours I had it up and running and the next day was able to find what I required from it. The software menu system was easy to use as well without having to RTFM ie. Read the on-line manual !!

I purchased a Uniview NVR four camera set up, kit arrived next day. Opened the packaging, nothing missing so all good. Setup all the connections using a laptop and smart TV in my dining room to see if it all worked before attempting the real installation. Happy to report all cameras worked and able to view through iphone / ipad straight away using the EzView app. Contacted support a couple of times and the response was good, giving me the confidence to attempt the DIY installation myself. Now installed 3 cameras in the eaves one to go. If your in the market for CCTV I would recommend you give DDS a try. to

Helpful and responsive sales contact, knew the market well and recommended a slightly different product which turned out to be ideal. User manuals easily available on DSS' own website and written in good English. I didn't need the set-up service, though it looked reasonably priced. Worked as advertised straight out of the box. Competitive price and sent by quick, reliable carrier. Very happy with the product and service. It may be possible to source equivalent product slightly cheaper, but for me the overall package was excellent value.
