not a very good service, complaints about nuisance tenants are ignored, repairs can only be done during office hours which is imposible if you are a working person, IDamp issues in the whole estate of three blocks have been reported for years which have all been ignored. impossible to get in touch with any housing officers, everytime you try getting hold of them they are on annual leave, funny if it wasnt so serious, a heating system from the 1970s which is so unaffordable, moved in without any proper inspections being carried out, no duty of care towards residents, and the contact address is also no longer correct
