I bought a Giant Propel from De Ver Cycles and had great service and communications throughout, plus a nice price too! considering there is a pandemic on! Bike arrived a good fit, and with minimal building to do (handlebars/front wheel attach) and was well packed also , didn't take long til i was off on a ride! thanks!

Fantastic Service and a great deal on a Giant Revolt Advanced Pro 0. All went smoothly even though it was between Xmas and New Years and also lockdown etc. Courier was a day late but thats not suprising these days. Overall my experience of De Ver was first class from enquiry to purchase and I recommend thoroughly. BTW the bike is awesome!

Ordered a bike from De Ver last week through the cycle to work scheme. First got in touch and was contacted back by Germaine, what a cracking man he is! I wanted a specific bike that couldn’t be found in stock anywhere else but here. He was very helpful in advising me on a few things and very knowledgeable. The customer service is next level, never been anywhere let alone a cycle shop with the level of customer service these guys have. Responded to me rapidly with everything I’d asked. Placed my order on a Friday and the bike was with me all built up by Tuesday from London to Sheffield. Without a doubt the best cycle shop in the country, happy is an understatement! 5 stars all the way, and to Germaine is was a pleasure dealing with you and thank you for everything!! Don’t go anywhere else for your cycling needs other than here!
