Not impressed. Basically have been knocked off their books and been told to go away and find another dentist, both myself, my son and my husband, because I dared to question two fillings a new dentist said my son needed. Whereas the dentist I saw before, who unfortunately left, based on the SAME X-Ray this new dentist saw, said he didn't need any based on this x-ray and they don't like to do fillings unless they have to as it weakens the teeth. How dare I question and ask to see a different dentist at their surgery!! Now all my family have no dentist - disgusting!!

Superb care and attention. I have been at Pennypot since it opened and would not move. First time I have been for every check up, never missed one. I would recommend this dental practice for finally giving me the confidence in my teeth and my smile.

Absolutely shocking! they charge you for your appointment then a month later you receive NHS penalty notice?? twice this has now happened.. They are just not interested. Be very wary and if possible find somewhere else! If the staff were polite and understanding it may help but they are just rude.

Recently joined this dentist practice after a bad diagnosis from a different practice. I was totally amazed at the excellent service I received here, the receptionist was so happy and helpful and the premises was spotless. The dentist was friendly and explained what was needed and I got a follow up appointment 2 days later. Very good advice and treatment received. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Really good experience. This was our first time using this practice. Very clean, pleasant helpful staff. Good information as well. We left previous one in Deal because of lack of cleanliness, smell of damp and mould and poor customer service especially from the male dentist we saw.
