I attended the clinic on Saturday. It was thee best experience to date. I did not have to wait long at all. It’s Covid secure and a lovely nurse came to get me. This nurse (female) was just amazing. She really made me feel at ease, comfortable and was so friendly. She explained things so well I wish I had seen her earlier I was worried and nervous but she quickly turned that around. She was so professional I actually thought she was a doctor! I regret not remembering her name Then a handsome Dr came in and also helped with talking me through something. He was equally calm and made me feel at ease even when I was totally nervous. Love Dean St and I’ll definitely recommend the service to my network

Best clinic ever and everytime is appreciated. The only thing is the middle age blond lady with glasses at the reception is always so rude and unwecoming. She treats clients including myself with disrespect and rudeness. She seems very negative and superior to the people that come into the clinic. Zero customer service behaviour.
