Great expanse like an.aircraft hanger. Obviously in the process of being completely redone. No clear departmental signs, no staff to help, everything a jumble. Horribĺe place.

Very good customer service always offered to carry my tray in the Debenhams Cafe due to my visual impairment I can't carry On My Own
Go shop here! lots to see, good offers, good products. I got a feeling of if I don't I will loose it The restaurant is running on empty everything is good but I felt like the café /restaurant is no longer a priority.
Very lovely shop. We are so very lucky to have big shops like this. Clean, warm and cosy. Plenty to choose from as well.

Good to see that we still have a few debenhams around. Hope they don't die out, we still need the department stores.
Good range, however no clear departments and staff when found arent very useful unfortunately but here always has been one or two that are !
Very spacious and nice place to go get gifts for yourself and your family and friends.
