I ordered a tub from Deckworld after doing my usual Internet research that i do before buying anything! They only sell good US made hot tubs, made with generic US components. John’s knowledge was brilliant and there was no pushy sale tactics. The tub arrived when they said it would and was professionally installed by Deckworld. We received first class service and really couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend Deckworld if you’re after a high quality hot tub and great service.

We bought our first tub from Deckworld in 2001 and it’s still going strong. Had an issue with it last month and John (Owner) came yesterday to take a look. Within 5 minutes the problem was identified and all sorted out before he left. It’s now back up to temperature so will be back in it this evening. We bought this one from Deckworld and when it needs replacing will go back as they are very friendly helpful and very good value. I would thoroughly recommend Deckworld to any body.

I have been a customer of Deckworld for about 20 yrs and have always found the owner to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about hot-tubs. I bought our first tub from them in 2001 and that one lasted about 18 years with occasional visits from John (Deckworld owner) before it finally wanted too much doing to it to make it economic We bought a new one from Deckworld and they continued to be friendly helpful and very good value. They delivered, installed, set up the electrics and removed the old one with no fuss I would thoroughly recommend Deckworld to any body.
