Please see below for important information relating to our different departments: Record Shop Important: We’ve temporarily introduced ticket admission only for the Record Shop. We feel that at the moment the only way we can ensure a pleasant and safe browsing experience is to allow only one person (or household) to browse the LPs and CDs at a time. The slots are available in one hour blocks, please book yours here (it’s easy to do and of course free!) We will be supplying and asking customers to use hand sanitiser prior to browsing. We regret we will not be able to accept any visitors to the record shop without pre booking Hi-Fi Showroom Open as usual every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10am to 5:30pm. Quite possibly one of the best places in the South East to get advice, to audition and to buy hifi equipment. Plus a huge range of vinyl (new and Preloved) and CD's. There's even a coffee lounge for heaven's sake! Friendly and non pushy folks too.

Just exactly what you want in a hi-fi store. No pressure whatsoever. Warm welcome; left to play for the best part of two hours with a pair of what are frankly low-end turntables. Came away this afternoon with the right choice for me - Rega P2 - and I haven't stopped revisiting my old vinyl yet. Currently on Rush - Signals. I will absolutely certainly be back for more when I have saved up, since my "reasonable" speakers can't do justice to what the Rega got out of my original copy of Genesis' 'Lamia' via the demo speakers. But yes - if you need hi-fi, look no further. Deep, deep knowledge of the art, nice people, and no sales schpiel.

I recently bought a Rega ear headphone amplifier. I have had problems with its high gain. When i told Deco audio, they have tried and bent over backwards to help me solve this issue and offered me a return. I have never used Deco Audio before, but I will again. Their service is better than first class and I can guarantee that any problem will definitely be resolved to the customers satisfaction. Thank you Deco, you are simply amazing.

Had my Roksan amp in for repair. Customer service is second to none from all the guys there, but I have to thank James particularly, he repaired the amp for a very reasonable price and now I have it back in my setup it sounds amazing and no more fault. I will be back as I am considering rediscovering vinyl again and I know I will get the best advice available from these guys. A unique place and one I am very happy to have discovered. They make a good cuppa too.

Put quite simply. Peter, Mark & latterly James, have guided & assisted me in my quest to get the very best from my music collection. With their invaluable help I now have a system that is far beyond anything I thought possible. I doubt that any other HI-FI business in the UK comes close to what they are able to provide with regards to honest, open & genuine service. If real customer care is attempting to provide the customer with the biggest 'bang for their buck', look no further. These guys are truly unique.
