Had a poor quality product and message the MD, superb response and a gift selection was sent, I took my bag of Revels and gave the rest to the local fire brigade.

Faulty machine at York station. Online form on website doesn't work. Emails requesting a refund go unanswered. I wonder how much profit they make every year from purchases which were never dispensed. Update - Did finally process refund over a month later with no response to email.

Hi, I’m sure you are a busy company, really don’t minding spending money on travel to London which I do almost everyday. However I think your services could be better. If the customers are left unanswered and with no refunds it probably won’t look good to your business. Not to say it’s a complete mess currently you guys are providing a really helpful service to the commuters. Definitely helped during those hot summer days. Keep up the good work but please get back to the customers who paid for the products but had to go empty handed due to machine problems or poor designs.

Lost 2 inside the maichine at Barking station, and one kid after me lost the same amount, because the machine is not working. Who is going to return our money...? I think the maintenance of the machine make a lot of money, if this machine is not working with cash you have to put label on it!!!

Paid via contactless, product was not dispensed!!! Useless machine, refund a nightmare to obtain hence money lost!!
