My son has very awkward sized feet & he needed white soled trainers for school p.e. within a set budget.This was a very hard task we were absolutely exhausted after a long journey and Marco who assisted us in the Staines branch was so kind, helpful and we got exactly what we needed eventually within budget. I cannot thank him enough he made a relentless task much easier. Thankyou Marco

Poor customer service by Sales Assistant James. If the official closing time of the store is 17:30 they should shut the doors at 17:15 so no one will enter. We had a very bad experience by James and he was not sorry at all for his behaviour. If he would have told please don't enter as we won't attend anyone happily if it's store closing time we would have never entered the Store . Due to his rude behaviour, in rush my sister fell down in the Store as there was a sign board fallen on the floor and she tripped over it instead of helping her to get up he started making bad faces, The Manager was over the phone talking to someone least bother of what all was happening in the store. When we went to her to complain about the bad behaviour she was like its OK Very poor quality of Customer care and service We buy from this store regularly and this is not what we expected from them..
