Amazing customer service. As I was already in other 2 post office branches which had reduced opening hours due to Civid 19, I turned up at Delapre Post Ofice just after closing time. Had important letter to sent, and the owner reopened the counter to help me out. Fantastic and completely unexpected great service. Thank you again. Hope there was no traffic, and you managed on time for your appointment.
