Rang up at 7pm tonight to check if they were busy as my last 4 orders have been over 2 hours, the lady replied oh no don’t worry we’re really quiet we only have 3 orders, we are now at nearly quart to 9 and I still don’t have my order, 2 hours yet AGAIN, disgusting service I will never buy anything from there again.
Ordered online. Order wasn't started when we went to pick up and had to wait 28 minutes. Staff didn't even know where things were. Tiny portion of carrot cake, microwaved???? Would of been better off going to Tesco and buying their finest one. Kids orders for nearly 6 each were awful. Haven't got a problem paying that in dessert shops with waitress service but not in a small tin foil takeaway tub. Won't be using again.
