Extremely disappointed with this surgery!! There are no sort of effective communication methods. Always always no not answer phone calls. We waited for more than 2 hours and almost went through when no one answered the call. This could even be an emergency and what’s the point if there is no one to answer just a simple phone call? Please do take required action when dealing with health issues as it’s not something easy. Without effective measures, staff, or communication lines I don’t see the point in even holding the name “Denmark Road Surgery”. Please please please! Even if you couldn’t get on line with any of the patients at-least give us a time we can call not just not answer the call at all. Honestly I couldn’t be even more disappointed and upset about how this system works. Extremely bad.

Telephoning for an appointment was always very bad, but with covid the number is always engaged and when you do manage to get through it says your 14th in the que!

Really really disappointed with the poor level of care displayed at Denmark Road Surgery. I requested an urgent doctor's letter to be emailed almost two months ago and it still hasn't been sent. I have called and called NUMEROUS times and yet still no letter. The impact this has had on my mental health especially cannot be expressed enough. Disappointing.

Might improve if I ever get an appointment but after spending 15 minutes on hold and being hung up on TWICE in a row, my impression is that they either don't know how the phone works or don't care about patients at all.

I can only speak of my own experience but the staff at Denmark road surgery have always been courteous and helpful.

The worst and most uncaring doctors I've ever encountered. They really do act as if they hate their jobs and are being forced to do them. By registering with this surgery you are literally putting your life in danger. At the very least you are shortening your life expectancy. I'm fully expecting to be removed from their books for writing this review. They've already removed all the other reviews which were all negative too. Don't risk your health here, and for God's sake, don't take your children here.
