Me and my other half booked here for our wedding kilt hire. All was great untill we wanted to make a couple changes. I was met with apprehension and to be honest unsavoury customer service. I understood however that these changes can cause a bit of inconvenience so understood the owners apprehension. Fast forward a month or two and we have unfortunately found a better deal on the kilt hire and I called the owner to regretfully cancel. I explained I was sorry and obviously deposits are paid and nonrefundable and I at no point mentioned that. I should mention now that before the kilt where ordered we asked the owner for a pair of custom made tartan trousers for my 8 month old son. Appon cancelling the kilts I asked if the trouser order will be uneffected. The reply I received was "well I'm kind of busy that week so I would prefer not too" so glad I choose another company now you do not want a person with this attitude problem beong involved in an already stressful even. You should not pay this owner your money if you expect good friendly profesional service.
